Subscription terms

1. Contracting party and service

Nystart Radar is supplied by Nystart Radar. The service provides searchable access to prioritised public company information. Norway is the active report source in this version. Other countries open only when explicitly marked as active.

2. Price and payment

The standard subscription costs NOK 149 per month and renews through Vipps MobilePay until cancelled. A Norwegian sales unit charges in NOK, including for customers using the service from Sweden, Denmark or Finland. Any VAT and tax treatment are shown before ordering and on the sales document.

3. Who may subscribe

Checkout may be enabled or disabled by customer country and customer type. Foreign business customers may be required to provide a valid EU VAT number. Consumer subscriptions in EU countries outside Norway do not open until the required OSS and tax setup is active.

4. Access and acceptable use

The account is personal to the subscriber and credentials may not be shared without written agreement. Data may be used for legitimate market research and relevant B2B follow-up. The customer is responsible for ensuring that outreach, storage, export and further processing comply with privacy, marketing and communications rules in the relevant countries.

Automated bulk messaging, spam, harassment, resale of the full dataset or unlawful discriminatory use is prohibited. Access may be suspended in case of misuse.

5. Data quality and liability

Information comes from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or changed after collection. Scores and rankings are decision support, not a guarantee of need, lawful outreach or sales. Customers must verify important details against the original source before acting.

6. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled from My account. Cancellation stops future charges. Access may continue through the paid period unless otherwise required by refund, breach or applicable law.

7. Consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers receive statutory pre-contract information and may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. When the customer expressly requests immediate performance, applicable rules may require payment for the proportion supplied before withdrawal. Use the withdrawal form or send us a clear statement.

8. Changes and availability

We may improve features, filters and data sources. Material changes to price or terms will be notified before taking effect. Planned maintenance and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

9. Governing law and contact

The agreement is governed by Norwegian law without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country of residence. Contact kontakt@nystartradar.no.
