Privacy notice
This notice explains how Nystart Radar processes personal data about customers, administrators and people who contact us.

2. Data we store
- Name, email, password hash, language and account preferences.
- Billing address, customer country and whether the customer is a consumer or business.
- Optional company details, registration number and VAT number. Foreign business customers’ VAT numbers may be checked in VIES.
- Vipps MobilePay agreement and payment references, status, amount and tax treatment. We do not store card or bank details.
- Consents, terms version, security logs and a pseudonymised hash of the IP address.
- For EU consumer sales, declared country, billing country and trusted IP-country information may be stored as tax evidence.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the subscription, administer payments and cancellation, maintain legally required sales and accounting records, prevent abuse and answer enquiries. The legal bases are performance of the contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in secure operation.
4. Report data sources
The company report uses public registry information. The Norway report is sourced from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Contact details may in some cases relate to sole proprietorships. Report users must process the data lawfully, relevantly and in accordance with our terms.
5. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by our hosting provider, Vipps MobilePay, email provider and accounting provider. EU VAT numbers may be sent to the EU VIES service for validation. We do not share customer data with advertisers.
6. Retention
Account data is retained while the customer relationship is active and deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary. Documentation required under bookkeeping and tax rules is retained for the applicable period. OSS-related transaction data may need to be retained for ten years.
7. Cookies
The website uses only necessary session and language cookies for login, security and language selection. The supplied version contains no advertising or analytics cookies.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where provided by law. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to the relevant data protection authority. Legally required accounting records cannot always be deleted on request.
